On 11 March 2010, nine Selectors met at Barcelona's DHUB to determine the contents for Selected A. In one room, browsing through a table full of projects printed on photo paper, five professionals sorted the graphic design work for the book, among the entries received. On the other side of the room, two more professionals discussed the work for the Schools chapter. In yet another room, three more selectors reviewed projects for the New Media section on a large screen. Although the selection process was a long and difficult task it has produced a high level annual such as Selected A.
